When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. When you subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe processes your payment information — we never see or store your card details.

2. Text You Submit

Text you submit for humanization is processed in real time and is not stored after processing is complete. We do not log, save, or use your submitted content for training or any other purpose.

3. Usage Data

We track word counts per request to enforce plan limits. This data is associated with your account and includes the number of words processed and the mode used. It does not include the content itself.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — authentication and account data
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — hosting

Each service has its own privacy policy. We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Usage records are retained for billing purposes. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at hello@writemask.com.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
